Location very close to park, São Paulo, and the restaurant. Very very helpful staff providing good services. Impressive and impeccably clean rooms with separate bathrooms.

The hotel is located in a central area near Sao Paulo and a fantastic park. The staff is attentive and friendly. The premium queen room has a comfortable bed, climate control, a laptop-size safe, and multi-channel TV.

The customer service at Unique was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cater to my needs. They even surprised me with a delicious vegan cake for a special occasion. The rooftop pool and bar were amazing, with a great atmosphere and plenty of vegan options on the menu. The hotel itself had a modern and hip design, creating a unique sensory experience. The breakfast had some vegan options, and the staff were open to suggestions for more. I had a 5-star experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

There were a few minor drawbacks during my stay. The spa service could be improved, as the masseuse had difficulty communicating in English.

The staff are outstanding. The design of the hotel was very exciting. The bed was superb. We found it a fun hotel to stay in.

I recently stayed at a truly unique, design hotel in the heart of the city. The views from the Skye Bar were absolutely astounding. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, making my stay truly memorable. The room was fantastic, with a spacious glass panelled bathroom and a comfortable bed. The mini-bar had interesting contents and the big porthole window with sliding electric blackout panels added a special touch.

I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The staff were kind, attentive, and provided sweet touches like a welcome drink and surprise treats. The facilities were well-kept with phenomenal attention to detail.
